As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping YGG Pilipinas’ digital presence by creating and executing high-impact campaigns across diverse digital and social media platforms. You will oversee social media management, performance marketing, and analytics to drive engagement and awareness for our brand, products, and initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer eager to grow in a fast-paced, Web3-driven startup.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute cohesive social media strategies to support YGG Pilipinas’ marketing objectives and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand voice and goals.
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and trends in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for sponsor and client-driven social media activations.

2. Digital Performance Marketing

  • Run Ads Across Channels: Plan, create, and manage performance-driven ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Email and Database Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns and manage audience segmentation within databases to nurture leads, re-engage users, and drive conversions.
  • Landing Pages & User Funnels: Design, optimize, and test landing pages and user funnels to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • SEO/SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and manage paid search (SEM) campaigns to drive visibility and traffic to key initiatives.

3. Campaign Optimization, Analytics, and Insights

  • Monitor campaigns daily/weekly to track performance and ensure alignment with goals.
  • Proactively adjust ad spend, targeting, and creative elements to optimize results.
  • Identify opportunities to A/B test creative, messaging, and formats to maximize impact.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital and social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and platform-native dashboards.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and ROI to evaluate campaign success.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing efforts.

4. Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, community, events, and business development—to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with external agencies, sponsors, and collaborators to execute high-quality marketing initiatives.

5. Trendspotting

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor developments in Web3, gaming, blockchain, and cryptocurrency industries to inform innovative strategies.
  • Regularly present new ideas to elevate brand visibility and audience engagement.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Proven Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience managing social media campaigns and running ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Hands-on experience in creating, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns that meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Previous experience working in an ad agency or managing agency-led campaigns is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on major platforms to drive performance and ROI.
    • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Metricool, Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and platform-native dashboards.
    • Experience in email marketing, database segmentation, and CRM tools.
    • Ability to design and optimize landing pages and user funnels for conversions.
    • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools to complement broader marketing efforts.
