What you’ll do as a Social Media & Community Manager at Syndr:

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our social media presence, engaging with our community, and driving brand awareness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • acting as a moderator

  • addressing community inquiries

  • maintaining a content schedule

  • conducting outreach from our official Twitter account

  • fostering protocol partnerships

  • organising meet-ups, podcasts, and AMA sessions across various platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Community Management:

  • Act as a proactive moderator, fostering a positive and engaging community environment across our social media channels.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to community members' queries, concerns, and feedback, providing accurate and helpful information to address their doubts effectively.

Content Strategy and Schedule:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.

  • Create a content schedule for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging and informative content.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content creation teams to generate relevant and captivating content that resonates with our target audience.

Outreach and Engagement:

  • Conduct outreach activities from our official Twitter account, engaging with influencers, industry experts, and potential partners.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key individuals and organizations in the crypto community to expand our network and enhance our brand presence.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.

Protocol Partnerships:

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities with other protocols and projects in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with the partnership team to initiate discussions, negotiate agreements, and coordinate marketing efforts with partner projects.

  • Leverage social media channels to promote and highlight our partnership initiatives, driving visibility and credibility.

Virtual Event Organization:

  • Organize and coordinate virtual or physical meet-ups, podcasts, and AMA sessions across various platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and promotion.

  • Provide engaging and informative content during events to educate and interact with the community.

✅ Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, community management, or related roles within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.

  • In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency derivatives, options, futures, and perpetual, coupled with a strong passion for the crypto industry.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and a solid understanding of their best practices and audience dynamics.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage content schedules, partnership initiatives, and event coordination effectively.

  • Creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media campaigns and initiatives.

  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.

  • Experience in organising & hosting virtual or physical events, such as meet-ups or podcasts, is a plus.

  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
