Sovrun, an innovative blockchain startup in the play-to-earn digital asset space, is seeking an HR & Admin Associate to join our team. This role combines human resources, administrative support, and operational assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience. Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Assist with payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and guidance
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and company events

Administrative & Office Management

  • Manage general office operations and maintain organized filing systems
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
  • Maintain office facilities and ensure a professional work environment

IT Support & Systems

  • Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
  • Assist with user account setup and access management
  • Help maintain IT inventory and coordinate equipment distribution
  • Support digital tools and platforms used for HR and administrative functions
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers as needed

Additional Support

  • Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assigned
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Provide backup support for other administrative functions as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or office management
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheet, Presentation and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with HRIS or database management preferred
