We are looking for a highly skilled Unity/Unreal Gameplay Engineer to join our team at Sovrun. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to create exceptional gameplay experiences using Unreal Engine and/or Unity. Your expertise in gameplay programming will drive the development of immersive, high-performance games that captivate players worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and debug gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using C++ to ensure smooth performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate gameplay requirements into functional and engaging features.
• Conduct gameplay testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on features to enhance player engagement and usability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into development processes.
• Document gameplay systems, mechanics, and workflows to ensure clear communication and consistency within the team.
• Support and mentor junior developers, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

• Experience: Extensive experience in gameplay programming, with hands-on experience developing games using Unreal Engine.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in C++ programming languages.
• Strong understanding of ECS and game development architecture.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging and optimization skills to resolve performance issues and deliver polished gameplay experiences.
