Responsibilities

  • Manual Testing: Diligently follow test scenarios and ensure that Sei's applications function as intended across different environments and devices.
  • Bug Reporting: Accurately document and report any issues or inconsistencies found during testing, providing steps to reproduce, screenshots, and any other pertinent information.
  • Product Familiarity: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Sei's product offerings and features to ensure testing encompasses all use-case scenarios.
  • Availability: Remain available on an ad-hoc basis to meet the testing needs of the team, especially during product releases, updates, or critical events.
  • Feedback Loop: Work closely with the development and product teams to provide feedback on user experience, potential improvements, or suggestions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Experience: At least 1-2 years of manual QA testing experience, preferably with web and mobile applications.
  • Blockchain & Crypto Familiarity: Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and familiarity with crypto-based applications will be a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to spot even the smallest of inconsistencies or bugs.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the development and product teams to relay bugs or feedback.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities or requirements and quickly learn about new product features.
