- Own and develop the growth team’s go-to-market plan that supports Sei Labs regional and global objectives.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for high potential projects/partners, equipping them with resources from Sei’s engineering and marketing teams.
- Lead new business opportunities, establish collaborations, and build a network to grow Sei.
- Deliver Sei's value proposition to a wide range of users of all stages and verticals such as Creators, DeFi, game studios, and web 3 communities and many more.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor landscapes, etc.
- Drive ecosystem growth at Sei via developing partnerships with key brands, projects.
- Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, product, marketing.
- Be an ambassador for Sei at web 3 related conferences, events.
- Network and promote Sei across key developer communities.
- Passion for web 3 technologies and its latest trends, developments.
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Wide range of contacts in the web 3 space.
- Solid track record of successful partnerships formed and relationship management.
- Candidates with strong technical knowledge will be highly preferred.
