As Korea's Country Lead, you will be responsible for growth and marketing in one of Sei's key global markets. Your focus will be on expanding Sei's presence in your market through the following responsibilities:

- Own the growth go-to-market plan that supports Sei Labs objectives in the region

- Lead new business opportunities, establish collaborations, and build a network to grow Sei

- Deliver Sei's value proposition to a wide range of users of all stages and verticals such as Creators, DeFi, game studios, and Web 3 communities and many more

- Based in South Korea - 2+ years experience growing a protocol, preferably another Layer 1 blockchain

- Experienced team builder

- Strong network across Korean financial institutions, gaming companies, media companies

- Multilingual (Korean + English)
