Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate gamer with a curious mindset and a strong grasp of Web3 and blockchain gaming. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in YouTube video production and a deep understanding of social media platforms, primarily X (Twitter).

This role reports to the Content Manager and requires a combination of content creation, social media management, and industry research to drive engagement and awareness around blockchain gaming.

Primary Responsibilities

● Conceive, edit (with support from our in-house editor), and publish high-quality videos on blockchain gaming.
● Manage and grow Polemos’ social media accounts, maximizing engagement and delivering key messages.
● Investigate and analyze new and existing blockchain games and DeFi projects.
● Support the wider team in popularizing blockchain gaming.
● Assist in promoting Polemos’ lending product and partner initiatives.
● Contribute to content and company-wide meetings, collaborating across teams.
● Maintain open communication with the technical and content teams.
● Occasionally work outside regular hours to align with our global team.

Experience & Skills Required
● Fluent English (native-level proficiency)
● Passionate gamer with deep gaming experience
● 1-2 years of experience in crypto and blockchain technologies
● 2-3 years of YouTube production, including video editing and on-screen presentation. You will be a face on the channel and may do a mix of short, long and live content
● Proficiency in social and communication tools (Discord, Telegram, G-Suite, etc.)
● Strong digital proficiency and adaptability
