Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to own and execute MagicBlock’s marketing and brand strategy. You will work closely with the CEO to sharpen our narrative, build repeatable marketing processes, and drive awareness, visibility, and adoption across developers, ecosystem partners and our target audiences.

This is a hands-on role. You should be equally comfortable shaping strategy, writing content, launching campaigns, coordinating events, tracking performance, and doing whatever it takes to make MagicBlock impossible to ignore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our marketing strategy end-to-end, including strategic campaigns, content creation, ecosystem events or whatever it takes to cement our brand.

  • Own our external narrative and help turn complex technical ideas into clear, compelling content for developers, founders, investors, and the broader ecosystem.

  • Ecosystem Strategy: Build campaigns and programs with partners, developers and communities to drive awareness and engage our target audiences.

  • Brand Management: Refine and maintain our brand messaging across our website, socials, documentation and external touchpoints.

  • Establish a data-driven pipeline to track KPIs, measure channel performance, and continuously improve our experiments and adoption funnel.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in crypto.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Hardworking and high-agency attitude. You pride yourself on being full-on and getting things done.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
