Role overview

We’re looking for a Product Lead / AI-First Builder with high agency and a knack for shipping fast. As AI blurs the lines between product, engineering, and design, we believe the best builders will not fit neatly into a single function. The ideal candidate is a builder at heart who can move quickly from idea to product, and can own the development of in-house financialized applications across stablecoin payments, onchain games, and/or decentralized applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who is excited to operate across ideation and execution, identify high-upside opportunities, and help turn them into real products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founders to identify and prioritize the highest-ROI product opportunities across verticals including payments, games, and DeFi.

• Work across the stack to turn ideas into real products, whether that means writing code or using AI to prototype and accelerate execution

• Own the full product lifecycle from definition and design, to development, launch and adoption

• Translate the product vision into actionable milestones and deliverables for the team members involved

• Stay close to users, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve product adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading product at a startup or innovation-driven company, with proven ability to ship

• Customer obsession, a growth mindset, and a bias toward action

• Strong technical fluency; able to build directly, not just spec

• Excited by the convergence of AI, engineering, design, and product.

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving fluidly between strategy and implementation.

Bonus if:

• You have experience in crypto, fintech, developer tools, or consumer products

• You are strong in at least two of these three areas: product, engineering, and design
