Jito Labs is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and drive our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in startups, managing lean teams, and a proven track record of driving growth. This role, which reports to the CEO, will require exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. You must be comfortable in ambiguous situations and be results oriented. In addition to running early marketing campaigns as an IC, you will also build out a small and nimble team (1-2 people).
