Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Success

  • Serve as a key point of contact for partners, traders, and institutional clients using GRVT.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding, product setup, and activation.
  • Ensure clients successfully integrate and use GRVT products and services.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Monitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Support clients with operational questions, platform usage, and product updates.

Business Development Support

  • Work closely with the BD team to support partnership execution and follow-ups.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners such as market makers, trading firms, or ecosystem collaborators.
  • Track partner performance and ensure successful collaboration outcomes.

Client Insights & Feedback

  • Collect client feedback and share insights with product, operations, and growth teams.
  • Help identify feature requests or improvement areas based on user experience.
  • Act as the internal voice of the client.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate across internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Maintain CRM records, partnership documentation, and engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, client success, partnerships, or business operations
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, or Web3 ecosystems is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with trading platforms, exchanges, or market makers
  • Familiarity with DeFi, derivatives trading, or crypto markets
  • Experience working with institutional clients or ecosystem partners
  • Multilingual abilities (depending on market focus)
