Key Responsibilities
Must-Have
- Business Development Operations & Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of BD initiatives, including partner onboarding, launch coordination, and ongoing relationship operations.
- Act as the operational point of contact to coordinate between BD and internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance).
- Track partner deliverables, timelines, and post-launch performance metrics.
- Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Coordinate onboarding processes for partners such as market makers, liquidity providers, brokers, and ecosystem collaborators.
- Support onboarding, API access, and operational readiness in collaboration with Compliance and Engineering teams.
- Prepare onboarding documentation, partner checklists, and internal SOPs.
- Deal & Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update BD pipelines, CRM systems, and deal trackers.
- Assist in drafting deal summaries, commercial terms, and internal approval documentation.
- Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and internal visibility of all BD activities.
- Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Produce regular BD reports covering pipeline status, partner performance, activation metrics, and revenue-related indicators.
- Analyze operational and commercial data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and dashboards related to BD initiatives.
- Process Improvement & Scalability
- Help design, document, and improve BD operational workflows as GRVT scales.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose tooling, automation, or process enhancements.
- Support implementation and adoption of internal tools (CRM, dashboards, internal trackers)
Must-Have
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy Ops, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, Web3, or trading infrastructure (DEX, CEX, liquidity, market making concepts).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination and multiple workstreams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
- Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and presentation tools.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, or similar).
- Ability to analyze operational and commercial data to support decision-making.
- Experience working with market makers, liquidity providers, or institutional crypto clients.
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools and blockchain concepts.
- Exposure to compliance-heavy or regulated environments.
- SQL or basic data querying skills.
- Strong execution mindset with a bias toward action.
- Clear communicator able to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Curious about crypto markets and emerging DeFi trends.
- Comfortable operating in a startup or scale-up environment.
