Skills Requirement

3–5 years of professional backend engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Go, with experience building production-grade systems.
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Redis for caching, queues, or real-time systems.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
Experience working in fast-paced, product-focused engineering environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to system reliability and performance.

Good to Have

Experience in blockchain, DeFi, Web3, or related industries.
Solid understanding and practical experience with GraphQL.
