Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer account issues and other account-related problems, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Provide comprehensive trading and campaign information to clients.
- Handle customer complaints, propose appropriate solutions and alternatives within defined time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, functions, features, and benefits to deliver high-quality support.
- Identify customer inquiries, escalate when necessary, and collaborate with relevant teams for effective resolution.
- Manage institutional Telegram chats, ensuring responsive and professional communication with institutional clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and basic data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Able to work in 3 rotational shifts (day, evening, night) including weekends — flexibility is essential.
- Excellent motivational skills; effective in both team collaboration and independent work.
- Familiarity with Intercom Ticketing System is a strong plus.
- Experience handling institutional Telegram chats.
- Institutional API knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies or digital payments is a plus.
