🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Generalist to support our growing team in the Web3/Fintech space. This role will focus heavily on HR administration and operational excellence, ensuring smooth processes across onboarding, offboarding, vendor management, and HR system maintenance—all while operating in a fast-paced, compliance-sensitive environment.
You’ll serve as a key enabler of operational continuity, working closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors. While Talent Acquisition experience is a plus, your primary focus will be on efficient people operations, systems reliability, and documentation control as we scale.
✅ Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Admin Backbone
- Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, ensuring systems access, contract issuance, policy acknowledgment, and asset coordination are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain and audit employee records and HRIS data (e.g., BambooHR, Deel, Notion) for compliance and accessibility.
- Track key HR timelines: probation, contract expiry, and documentation renewals.
- Coordinate with Finance and IT on hardware provisioning, offboarding access control, and vendor payments.
Vendor & System Stewardship
- Act as the liaison with external HR vendors: payroll partners, background check services, insurance providers, and headhunters.
- Help drive system improvements and assist with implementation of new HR tools or integrations that support scale and security.
- Monitor system usability and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth digital operations.
Compliance & Documentation Control
- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, SOPs, and company policies.
- Establish structured document version control and storage protocols for audit-readiness.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance in employee-facing templates and materials.
Talent Acquisition
- Assist with coordination of hiring processes: job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking.
- Help keep applicant data organized and aligned with hiring pipeline needs.
- Support employer branding or sourcing activities when needed.
👤 Qualifications and Sklls
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles, preferably in a startup or fintech/Web3 environment.
- Proven experience in HR systems administration, onboarding workflows, and vendor coordination.
- Comfortable navigating fast-moving, high-growth organizations with global or remote teams.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks in fintech or crypto is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential HR data.
