Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a senior backend engineer who is proficient in Golang. This person will be working remotely in Taiwan and helping to drive the engineering work for our trading features on the GRVT exchange. (Previous Crypto/BlockChain exposure is a plus but not mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code.
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
• Design entire sets of features, and drive the implementation to completion.
• Seek design feedback from tech leads, and iterate on design and implementation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Golang
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working on a Golang-based backend system
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Demonstrated excellence as a senior Individual Contributor (IC), showcasing the ability to independently build features end-to-end with minimal guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on high-performance computing systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of optimizing system performance.
• Previous experience working on trading systems, focusing on developing and maintaining robust and high-throughput platforms.
• Understanding of trading features and has built trading features at work.
• Proven track record of building highly reliable systems, emphasizing fault tolerance and system stability.

Salary Package

• NTD 2M ~ NTD 3.5M (depends on candidate's qualification and seniority)
