Within Business Operations, the Delta Team plays a critical role in automation and tooling, enabling growth across all key stakeholders.

With ambitious 2025 goals, including the expansion of internal Terminals—Flowdesk’s proprietary internal products built on Workato, Retool, Python, and PostgreSQL, leveraging automation, API integrations, and data—we are hiring an Integration Engineer to scale our automation efforts. You will work alongside Gauthier, our Technical Lead, to build and maintain powerful tools that enhance operational efficiency and support Flowdesk’s growth.
Requirements
Role and responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Internal Products
- Build and improve Flowdesk’s Terminals—internal products that support operations across Trading, Compliance, Sales, and more.
- Work on front-end interfaces using Retool to create intuitive user experiences.
- Automate & Optimize Workflows
- Own automation governance, ensuring best practices, security, and scalability across our Workato-powered integrations.
- Manage and optimize API-driven workflows, ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
- Technical Development & Systems Management
- Write and maintain scripts in Python (must-have) or JavaScript (nice-to-have) for automation tasks.
- PostgreSQL knowledge is a strong plus to manage operational databases and improve data-driven automation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders across Business Ops, Tech, Trading, and Compliance to identify pain points and implement automation solutions.
- Document processes, develop new features, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Background and experience
- +3 years of experience in automation, workflow management, or technical project management within fast-paced environments.
- Prior roles in scale-ups, consulting, or Workato-based automation projects are a needed.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Workato, Retool) and API-driven system integrations.
- Technical proficiency in Python (must-have), Ruby (nice-to-have) for scripting and automation.
- Comfortable working with PostgreSQL to manage and optimize operational databases.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to structure and optimize processes.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach, comfortable navigating technical and operational challenges.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple automation projects.
- Passionate about scaling automation, technology and enabling business efficiency through smart tooling.
