Job Description

We are seeking an Office Intern that will assists with general office, HR and IT as determined and directed by the Office Manager (OM). Additionally, the Office Intern shall assist and work with the building management staff as well as outside vendors as required. You will be responsible for assisting with general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry and general coordination to maintain the office harmony and best work place standards.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Collection of delivery items from Mailroom, unbox and sort and key in office inventory list.
  • Ordering office supplies (pantry, office supplies, etc.)
  • Daily upkeep of office housekeeping matters (stock up office fridge, pantry items, deep cleaned of office coffee machine, etc.)
  • Maintaining cleanliness of meeting rooms + 2 phone booths and office space in general.
  • Be main POC and liaise with building management /WeWork with regards to office matters (access cards registration, etc.)
  • Support in social events such as team building activities


Background and experience

  • Students in business management / administration, human ressources or others.
  • Previous experience in office management is a plus
  • Sensibility for the Finance/Crypto industry is a plus.

Skills and personality

  • Organized and autonomous
  • Ability in written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicative and easygoing.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Ideal Start Date: July 2024

Duration: 6 months or 1 year.
