Job Description

As a Salesforce Operations Specialist at Flowdesk your main mission will be to enhance our Sales processes, oversee Salesforce-based projects, and empower our Sales teams in France, Singapore and the United-States.

As part of a collaborative team and managed by Tanguy, our Salesforce Project Manager, you will contribute to shaping and streamlining our operational processes. You will be stepping into an international environment driven by innovation and growth, where your contributions will have direct impacts on our global efficiency and success.

Your role and responsibilities

System Optimization:

  • Work closely with the Sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement and maintain system customizations, including page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, and process builder flows.

Data Management:

  • Develop and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
  • Design and implement data cleansing and deduplication processes.
  • Collaborate with data owners and users to establish data governance policies.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with the Account Management and the Business Development teams to analyze and document current processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

User Training and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for the Sales team to ensure a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system functionalities.

Requirements

  • At least one year of work experience in a role that had you working closely with operations within a consulting firm or a startup.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, particularly in creating straightforward, effective solutions that streamline workflow processes. An Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree (BAC + 3) in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • A real enthusiasm for the crypto world and a curiosity to dive deeper into this exciting industry.
  • A problem-solver's mindset, with the ability to juggle tasks and projects while keeping a cool head.
  • Team spirit, with great autonomy when it comes to managing your workload.
  • A Ranger score on TrailHead and experience on Salesforce CPQ would be a great plus.
