Fenris Creations, formerly known as CCP Games, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist!
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join Fenris Creations’ well-established People Team and oversee our full recruitment process. As a part of the role, you will receive training in excellent hiring and selection methods to support your growth in the role. You will partner with our hiring managers, advise on best practices, advertise & source candidates, manage selection processes from start to finish, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Your Tasks:
- Partner with our hiring managers through recruitment processes using best practices when it comes to sourcing and selecting candidates
- Source candidates to build a top-quality pipeline
- Screen and manage applications
- Conduct online and in-person interviews
- Manage the selection process from start to finish, including arranging interviews, managing tests, updating our systems, following up on feedback and overall making sure that our processes stay on track
- Report regularly on status of hiring processes and collecting and presenting other relevant data to stakeholders
- Ensure excellent experience for all stakeholders involved, while also ensuring the quality of hire
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives in person and on platforms such as LinkedIn
Your Profile:
- A University degree in an applicable field of study
- Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and in a team against deadlines
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- People-oriented and client-focused mindset
- Located in Iceland
You do not need the criteria listed below, but they are a plus for the role:
- Understanding of, or experience with selection methods in hiring
- Experience in a service role
- You like playing games – any games
