  • You’ll work with our cofounders to help ensure our product roadmap and product initiatives are well-sequenced, tightly-scoped, and manage trade-offs well. You'll advocate for a good balance of bug fixes, refactoring, and new development. You'll help set reasonable deadlines and decide between cutting scope or letting deadlines slip when needed.

Team Management

  • Grow an organizational design for a small team engineers. You’ll manage the engineering team, foster a collaborative engineering culture, and help each member of the team be their best.

  • If and when we hire in engineering, you’ll lead the technical side of that process, and should be great at screening and interviewing. If someone isn't working out, you'll be responsible for managing that as well.
