We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to take charge of our social media presence across multiple platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing social media strategies, and ensuring the brand stays relevant in a fast-evolving digital landscape. You should also be comfortable on-camera and have experience with video production. Occasional in-person meetings in Makati will be required for planning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all brand-owned social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
• Create and appear in video content, particularly for short-form platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos, ensuring they are tailored for each platform's audience and trends.
• Initiate and lead social engagement projects that promote community interaction and growth.
• Respond to social media comments and inquiries in a timely manner to foster user engagement.
• Design, create, and manage social media ad campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Sprout Social to measure performance and make data-driven decisions for future content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media to ensure content remains fresh and innovative.
