BreederDAO is seeking an Operations Associate with strong analytical and research skills. The

ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for web3 and AI technology, capable of

conducting rigorous research and analysis to help with our product development efforts. This

role entails actively participating in product development through comprehensive market

analysis, competitive landscape evaluation, and providing strategic recommendations for growth

and innovation.

Responsibilities:

● Perform comprehensive market research within the Web3 and AI sectors to identify

trends, competitors, and opportunities.

● Extend research efforts to encompass both Web2 (traditional companies) and startup

landscapes.

● Analyze market data and present actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to understand market

trends, user needs, and areas for potential product enhancements.

● Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies,

and market trends to ensure informed decision-making.

● Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings

and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Ideally, 1-2 years of relevant experience in research, analysis, business development, or marketing, particularly within the tech industry.
• Proficient in using Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) for creating reports and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to excel in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• A passion for emerging technologies and a strong understanding of Web3 and AI technologies are highly valued.
