BreederDAO is in search of a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, the successful applicant will work closely with the HR team to assist in recruiting and acquiring top talent for the company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HR team to source and screen candidates for open positions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract and recruit top talent.
• Assist in organizing and conducting job interviews.
• Support the HR team in drafting and uploading job postings onto various job boards and social media platforms.
• Be up to date with the latest recruitment trends and techniques, and recommend improvements to the recruitment strategy of the company.
• Ensure that applicant tracking system and database is up to date.
• Participate in recruitment events as needed.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Psychology, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and play-to-earn games is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems will be an advantage.
