Brand Manager

Brand Managers act as product advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that the product needs are understood and satisfied. They are responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and communication activities for specific BreederDAO products, developing strategies to ensure that product launches, rebrands, brand awareness and other marketing efforts are on time, within budget, and are executed successfully.
As a Brand Manager you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales. You will also be tasked with developing budgets and assessing KPIs and ROI. Brand Managers will serve as the main point of contact for their respective products. They will support the marketing department by collecting information, timelines, and staying on top of deliverables necessary to execute all marketing requests.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with product teams to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Collaborating with internal marketing departments to facilitate product need fulfillment.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of product’s USPs and services.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including online and in-person campaigns, events, sponsorships and other brand activations.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc.
- Overseeing the production of all content, promotional materials and ad campaigns.
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of various projects
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends related to crypto and web3.
- Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies is preferred
- Previous experience as a brand manager or account manager is preferred
- Digital marketing experience is preferred
- Previous experience in managing and leading teams.
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
- Budget management skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly in the context of gaming and NFTs.
Product-specific:
Product 1:
- Exposure and Interest in Web2 and Web3 gaming is preferred
- Previous experience in digital consumer-facing applications or products is preferred
- Interest and/or experience in gaming data, analysis, research, and analytics is preferred
Product 2:
- Exposure and Interest in Web2 and Web3 gaming is preferred
- Previous experience in the gaming industry is preferred, especially in the creation of RPGs or action-based games.
Product 3:
- Previous experience in digital consumer-facing applications or products is preferred
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly in the context of multiplayer gaming and NFTs.
