About the job

We are searching for a marketing and operations rockstar to grow our Axie Merch Store and other Axie Infinity IP projects.

As an Axie Operation executive, you will thrive in both strategic marketing and hands-on operations, combined with a dash of creative spark.

Responsibilities

• Research new trends and products in the e-commerce industry in particular and SaaS in general to find suitable product ideas.
• Conduct interviews and communicate with the present and potential partners of the company to analyze insights and support the store's operational process.
• Work cross-team effectively, especially with the legal and finance teams, to effectively launch and operate the Merch store.
• Develop a plan for monitoring sales and collection testing to come up with appropriate improvement suggestions.
• Craft a promotion strategy for the market in the early stages of launch (including marketing).
• Handle contracts with partners in related Axie Infinity projects to distribute Axie IP in different markets.
• Be able to conduct research on gaming market trends and propose directions to iteratively test new business models for Web3 games.
