Responsibilities
We are looking for a Perp DEX BD & Partnerships Manager to:
Seek, propose, and cultivate relationships with VIPs, investors, foundations, and protocols.
Perform market research to discover potential partners and business opportunities.
Develop user acquisition strategies with a focus on perpetual trading.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the DeFi industry and trends.
Provide up-to-date DeFi industry trends to the product team.
Work together with the team to ensure our exchange meets the needs of users and partners.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in DeFi/Finance/Fintech or startup BD.
Established relationships in a B2B or B2VIP environment.
Proven track record of success in partnerships and business development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skillful collaboration and communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep interest in the latest blockchain trends.
Proficiency in English is a must, and Chinese is a plus.
