Responsibilities
We are looking for a senior software engineer to:
Actively identify and articulate user issues and effectively resolve them.
Make technical decisions to enhance efficiency, coordinate schedules, and delegate tasks appropriately to each team member.
Manage development processes such as QA, deployment, and monitoring, while continuously improving code quality through code reviews.
Anticipate potential technical issues in advance, propose and execute solutions to address them early.
Support the technical growth of the engineering team, and proactively explore the latest technologies and development trends to enhance the team's capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of full-time development experience.
Possesses a degree in computer science or a related field.
Profound understanding and hands-on experience in designing and developing RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL DB (Apache Cassandra) systems.
Experience in managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
Solid understanding and practical experience in designing and implementing REST APIs.
Experience working with Agile sprint processes.
Experience in developing exchanges or extensive knowledge in the financial domain.
Preferred
Experienced in managing high-volume web traffic and API queries.
Expert in optimizing database performance and tuning SQL queries.
Experience in developing crypto exchanges or similar services.
Deep empathy for and continuous interest in the philosophy of DeFi and Web3.
Consistent in motivating team members.
Excellent in communication, facilitating smooth collaboration with various stakeholders including the CEO, development team, project managers, designers, and marketers.
